According to Nerdwallet.com . DC rents among the fastest rising in the nation. The median rent jump up by 33% between 2007 & 2012- The median rent for a two-bedroom apartment in the Washington area is $3,110, according to comparison site apartmentlist.com.
$3110 for rent? That's high and no tax benefit. If anyone is paying this much in rent in D.C they need to buy a condo. Are you paying this much?
